You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. That means you can take your time to try your purchase at home and decide if it feels right for you.
How It Works

Step 2 – Pack It Up: Secure the item for shipping. Original packaging and tags are welcome, but not strictly required.

Step 3 – Send It Back: Use any courier service you trust. A trackable option is recommended.

Step 4 – Refund or Replacement: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund within 3–5 business days or send you a replacement—whichever you prefer.
Flexible Return Conditions

Light try-on is acceptable. Items don’t need to be in “brand new” condition, just in a reasonable and resellable state.

Tags, accessories, or packaging are optional—please include them if you still have them.

Some items like intimate wear or marked final sale may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.
Quality Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will issue a full refund first, so you don’t have to wait.

At the same time, we can arrange a free replacement shipped directly to your home.

Return shipping fees in these cases are fully covered by us.
